We’re hiring a part-time Family Lawyer (3+ PAE) – fully remote with flexible hours at $100-130k* base salary pro rata plus super.

We’re a family-owned business based in Bendigo that genuinely cares about our clients and the experience they have with us, and we’re looking for an experienced family lawyer who shares those values. If this sounds like you and you’re available to work 2–3 days or 20 hours per week, we’d like you on our team.

About you

You are a 3+ PAE family lawyer who:

• Values honesty, efficiency and achieving positive outcomes for clients

• Can manage matters independently and end-to-end (eg. Divorce, Parenting, Property, Binding Financial Agreements etc. – from negotiations to court proceedings)

• Has well-developed writing, drafting, legal research, interpersonal and communication skills

• Can guide clients through difficult situations with compassion and clarity

• Is confident and assertive when needed

• Experience with Smokeball or LEAP is preferred.

*Salary awarded will be commensurate with experience
