I'm an experienced family lawyer who practices exclusively in family law. I am committed to helping clients navigate separation and family breakdown with clear, practical advice and a focus on resolving matters efficiently and respectfully.

I have extensive experience in complex property settlements, parenting matters, and financial disputes. I am a confident and capable advocate who regularly appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia — but I ultimately work proactively to avoid litigation where possible.

Danielle Stewart

As Practice Manager at Sarah Stewart Family Law, I oversee management of the practice, enabling the team to deliver the services to support you during separation, divorce, parenting arrangements, and property settlements.

I bring more than 20 years’ experience managing large-scale commercial businesses across the insurance and superannuation sectors, with strong expertise in contract management, operational oversight, and team leadership.

I work collaboratively, proactively, and respectfully with you, helping to ensure clear communication, smooth processes, and a supportive environment for everyone.

Lauren Maguire


As an Administrative Assistant, I provide day-to-day administrative support to Sarah and Danielle, helping to ensure the practice runs smoothly and efficiently while delivering a positive client experience.

 I bring 14 years of director-level experience across accounting and professional services, including client relationship management, technical advice, assurance, and administrative support.

 I take a client-focused approach to my work, ensuring each client’s needs remain central to everything I do.
