Consent Orders
Implementing consent orders ensures secure, enforceable agreements for property division and child arrangements. When parties agree on property and/or parenting matters, an application for consent orders reflecting that agreement can be prepared and filed with the court. In most cases, court orders will be made without the need for either the parties or practitioners to attend court saving both time and money.

Protecting your financial future starts with a clear plan. Financial agreements, including pre-nuptial agreements, offer a sensible and practical way to safeguard assets like property or business interests if a relationship ends.
Divorce
Divorce is an application made to the court and is separate to property and parenting matters. I provide guidance and advice on your divorce, efficiently prepare your divorce application and appear in Court with respect to your divorce application when required.
